If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return an item from the first day. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item to the returns address specified in the email by contacting support@bezeli.com You will not be eligible for a refund if you refuse the package as packages that are returned to the sender are usually disposed instead of being returned to us.

Return shipping costs are covered by us up to a maximum of $30USD and are reimbursed via PayPal. You must select the most economical return shipping option to be eligible for reimbursement. 

Defects/Faults: If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. All faulty items will be replaced free of charge. 

In addition, we offer 6 months warranty for all straps. If your strap becomes defective within 6 months of receipt, please contact us to begin the warranty process.
