All Titanium bands have between 98.33 - 98.79% purity titanium.

Moving parts such as clasps and pins, as well as connecting pins, are constructed from other metals such as stainless steel and aluminium.

The band is adjustable with our included sizing tool and fits wrists up to 9 inches.

Please purchase the Size Extender Kit if your wrist is larger than 9 inches.

Our handling time usually takes about 1-2 business days, and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners.

If your product has not been scheduled for fulfilment, we can cancel the order with a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs.

Please let us know as soon as possible as we fulfil orders within a few hours, and we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been fulfilled.

Once your order has been shipped, you must comply with our return policy to receive a refund. Please contact our customer service team who will be available to assist you.

We will issue you a brand new item or provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be covered by us.

We have a 30 day return policy. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
